WHO IS BOHDIE?
"bohdie" is the performance/online name of Bohdie Kurtis Ellison, a Studio Engineering undergraduate student, and freelance EDM/IDM music producer, composer, artist, and content creator, all under the name of "bohdie." I have been creating music in some capacity for a decade, and have recently taken my efforts online, in order to share my own creative flare with the world, and find others like me
WHY IS BOHDIE?
"bohdie" is the realisation of a passion project. Over the last decade of my musical endeavours, I have used many different pseudonymns: Broken String, Colourmeinkindness, Condescendingly British, and others that I can't even begin to remember. bohdie is the closest thing to putting my physical and mental being into my projects as I can ever get, and it exists to put my etchings on the wall of the universe; as a reminder that I Was Here.
WHAT IS BOHDIE DOING?
bohdie is eclectic, thanks in part to my ever-shifting interests and ideas. primarily, "bohdie." would fall under "DM/EDM, however there have been offshoot projects falling under Ambient works, solo piano compositions, Noise Punk and folk punk. bohdie is whatever it wants to be. Currently, I am working on select Noise punk tracks, the latest of which can be found on my YouTube channel, or below.
